Terms of service

Who may use Forevaly. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account, invited collaborators, and accurate wedding, guest, registry, and payout information.

The service. Forevaly provides wedding-planning, invitation, RSVP, website, registry, check-in, and related support tools. We may improve or discontinue features, but will give reasonable notice when a material paid feature changes.

Registry contributions. Registry items are inspiration and cash-gift descriptions, not goods sold by Forevaly. A guest contribution is paid toward the couple's selected gift. Forevaly does not purchase, stock, deliver, warrant, or guarantee the displayed product. Product prices can change.

Fees and settlement. The guest sees the total before paying. Forevaly retains the disclosed 2% registry platform fee. Payment-processor fees are deducted from the couple's settlement. Funds are routed using Paystack split payments and are not held by Forevaly as escrow. Settlement timing, reversals, disputes, and bank availability are subject to Paystack and the financial institutions involved.

Subscriptions and services. Premium renews monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period. One-time concierge, website, communication, and check-in services are scoped and quoted before work begins. Except where law requires otherwise, completed digital or professional services are not refundable.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse guest information, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, send unsolicited messages, or use Forevaly for fraud or money laundering. We may restrict accounts to protect users, comply with law, or investigate abuse.

Your content. You retain ownership of content you submit and give Forevaly a limited licence to host, process, display, and transmit it only to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have permission to upload and share it.

Availability and liability. We work to keep Forevaly reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Forevaly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, third-party products, venue admission decisions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Disputes and governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Nigeria may hear unresolved disputes.
